Lot Coordinator is a position responsible for managing inventory of vehicles, personal property, and responsible for intake of new vehicles and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- ability to work outside for long periods in all weather
- attention to detail
- experience in inventory
- Creating itemized property lists
- taking pictures using smart phone or tablet
- Account for all vehicles and personal effects
- Ensuring compliance as it relates to posistion
- uploading forms to company database
- Monitor and report propery concerns to management
- Releasing property to Owners
