Overview
We are seeking an active inpatient/outpatient psychiatrist dedicated to adult mental health care in Bakersfield.
Responsibilities- Work alongside a team of board-certified child, adolescent, and adult psychiatrists in a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Provide inpatient care for patients aged 13 and up, 4 hours daily, Monday to Friday, shared with experienced PMHNPs. No weekend calls required; optional weekend calls offer additional pay.
- Offer flexible outpatient scheduling for patients 13 and older, totaling 20 hours weekly in a hybrid setting.
- Compensation starts at $550,000 annually with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
- Benefits include 401(k), dental and health insurance, paid time off, and flexible schedules.
