Clean and oil forms, place blockouts and inserts, and set hardware according to drawings and build sheets;
Cut, place, and tie rebar/mesh; position lifting anchors and connection hardware as specified;
Assist with batching interface, place and vibrate concrete, finish surfaces using trowel, float, and edge, and monitor curing processes;
De-mold panels, perform basic patching and finishing, and prepare forms for the next pour;
Use overhead cranes and forklifts for panel and material movement; stage materials in the yard following quality control directions
