As a Shop Mechanic, your key responsibilities will be to perform basic tasks in repairing and maintaining vehicles and construction equipment. Critical for success is the ability to work independently and, on a team, as well as communicate effectively.
Responsibilities- Perform basic repairs and maintenance on vehicles and construction equipment
- Work independently and as part of a team; communicate effectively with colleagues
- 0-2 years of experience working on pickup trucks (Ford preferred), heavy trucks, construction or utility related equipment, and trailers
- A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
- Basic computer proficiency
- Able to provide own basic hand tools
- Diesel Mechanic Program completion (desired)
- Ability to weld (desired)
- Ability to move / operate equipment (desired)
