Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager in the Central Valley and surrounding areas. The primary responsibilities include driving sales, developing relationships with clients, managing sales territories, and strategizing to meet sales goals. The role involves regular communication with clients, providing training for staff, and ensuring top-tier customer service. The Territory Sales Manager will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while promoting National Labs' specialized laboratory services.

Qualifications
  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships and address client needs effectively
  • Proven Laboratory and Pharma Sales and Sales Management experience, with the ability to strategize and achieve territory sales goals
  • Experience in Training and mentoring staff to support sales initiatives and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite is beneficial
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, pharma, or laboratory services industry is preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
