Territory Sales Manager

Our client, a leading company in the diagnostics space, is actively expanding their sales team in Bakersfield! The job is posted as hybrid, but the role is 100% field based and will not require any time in office.

• Compensation:
  Strong Base salary + Uncapped Commission / Top reps making $400k+

• Hunter Mentality
  :
  Demonstrated ability to generate and close new business- ideal candidates are growth-focused and highly motivated
• Lab Sales Experience Preferred
  : 2+ years of experience in lab/diagnostics sales OR medical device sales, with a strong track record of success in the industry
• MUST HAVE RELATIONSHIPS IN PAIN MANAGEMENT or Behavioral Health
