This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Associate, based in Bakersfield, CA, with opportunities to work partially from home. The Sales Associate will manage client accounts, develop new business opportunities, build relationships with clients, and provide education on Colonial Life’s insurance products. Responsibilities also include meeting sales goals, identifying customer needs, presenting tailored solutions, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction.

• Previous sales or insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is preferred
