Position Summary

As a Key Account Executive, you will focus on obtaining larger or multi-location accounts and partnering with local sales representatives to further develop those accounts.

Compensation & Benefits
  • First year compensation plans range from $65,000-$105,000 with a salary and bonus structure.
  • Compensation range includes commissions on sales. The rate of commissions paid varies from 0% to 12%, depending on product, amount and price sold.
  • Mileage and expense reimbursement.
  • Medical, dental, life, disability insurance, 401(k), and a deferred compensation plan.
Responsibilities
  • Relationship Management:
    Cultivate strong relationships with customers in a designated territory, along with the local sales team, to understand their business needs and identify areas of opportunity.
  • Cold Calling & Prospecting:
    Effectively cold call on potential large customers in the territory to grow a book of business.
  • Planning & Priority Setting:
    Efficiently plan a week in advance to prioritize customer stops and territory growth.
  • Market Knowledge:
    Demonstrate our products to potential customers to show the value and quality of our products.
  • Achieve Sales Goals:
    Meet or exceed sales quotas by following our company’s proven sales programs and processes learned in our training workshops.
  • Reporting:
    Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities by inputting information into our systems.
Qualifications
  • The ability to travel to and from potential or actual customer and associate locations within the assigned geographic area while holding the required insurance coverage minimums.
  • Execution of an Employment Agreement and/or revised Employment Agreement exhibited prior to execution.
  • Minimum 5 years of strategic selling experience.
