Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Sales Associate to join our on-site team in Bakersfield, CA. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers to understand their needs, providing tailored product recommendations, and fostering lasting client relationships. Daily responsibilities include managing sales inquiries, developing proposals, maintaining records, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure customer satisfaction.

This role also involves monitoring industry trends and attending training sessions to stay informed about products and services.

Qualifications
  • Sales and communication skills, including experience in understanding customer needs and delivering high-quality service
  • Customer relationship management and ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Basic technical knowledge or familiarity with electronic systems like Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control
  • Organizational and record-keeping skills, along with attention to detail for accurate documentation
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Self-motivation, strong teamwork, and collaboration skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field preferred but not required
  • Prior experience in the electronic industry or related sales is a plus
