We are one of the largest independent home appliance, furniture and mattress dealers in Bakersfield, and we are looking to hire 2‑3 new retail salespeople.

With a national buying group providing $17B in buying power, we can compete with the big box stores while delivering a white‑glove experience that our customers expect.

Because of unprecedented growth, we need people who are outgoing, customer‑focused and eager to learn. Previous experience with appliances, furniture or other big‑ticket items is a plus, but is not required – what matters most is a strong personality and a commitment to first‑class customer service.

• Energetic, self‑motivated sales professional with exceptional interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• High School graduate, or equivalent.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Pleasant and polite manners when dealing with co‑workers as well as customers.
• Familiarity with basic sales techniques.
• Basic reading, math, writing and communication skills.
• A commitment to high professional ethical standards.
• Ability to safely lift up to 25 pounds on a repetitive basis, and up to 50 pounds on an occasional basis without assistance.
• Passes a copie to criminal background check and a hair‑follicle drug test.
