GSF Properties Inc. is looking to add a Floating Grounds Technician in Bakersfield, CA! Come join a dynamic property management team!
This Grounds Technician position is responsible for the daily upkeep and curb appeal of our multi-family apartment communities in Bakersfield, CA! Must have valid CA driver's license to be considered for this floating position.

- Respond to service requests - You'll launch into action when grounds issues arise, collaborating with teammates and prioritizing service requests to earn trust and build resident satisfaction.
- Notice the details - You'll walk the property daily, inspecting all areas for cleanliness and safety, and helping to maintain great curb appeal.

Requirements
Requirements for Grounds Technician:
- Excellent Customer Service
- At least 1 year of proven and current work experience
- Reliable and committed to maintaining our community's appearance
- attention to detail
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Punctual and team player
- Have valid CA driver's license
- Able to float to properties as needed
- Available to work M-F 8am-5pm schedule in Bakersfield (40 hours per week)
per hour plus benefits
