Note:

Fusion Medical Staffing - Nursing Job . Pay package is based on 8 hour shifts and 40 hours per week (subject to confirmation) with tax-free stipend amount to be determined.

• Provide comprehensive, critical care to patients in the ICU
• Assess and monitor critically ill patients and respond to changes in condition
• Administer complex medications and treatments per critical care protocols
• Operate advanced life support equipment and monitor hemodynamics
• Document assessments and interventions timely for continuity of care
• Educate patients and families about ICU care, treatments, and recovery expectations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Maintain infection control and participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Adhere to hospital safety, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Perform other duties as assigned within scope

Required Qualifications:

• One year of recent ICU RN experience
• Active RN license in accordance with state regulations
• Current BLS (AHA/ARC) and ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications

Preferred Qualifications:

• CCRN certification
• TNCC, NIHSS certification
• Other certifications or licenses may be required

• Critical thinking, service excellence, and strong communication
• English language proficiency (reading/writing)
• Ability to follow instructions and perform PC-related tasks
• Physical Abilities — ability to remain stationary, move equipment (50-100 lbs), push, pull, and bend
• Interpersonal Skills — works effectively with diverse personnel
• Technical/Motor Skills — manual dexterity and equipment handling
• Mental & Sensory — ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, visual acuity
