Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice:

- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS OR HS-BLS OR RQIBLS) certification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN):

- Acute care facility experience:

Roles & Responsibilities
- Delivers coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Analyzes assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues.
- Develops and implements care plans, coordinating care delivery to promote health and ensure a safe environment.
- Collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing patient care.
- Provides learning opportunities for patients and their families.
- Participates in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
- Delegates and coordinates duties among healthcare team members.
