Highlights:
Work in an acute care setting with a focus on patient-centered, compassionate care
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team including physicians and Advanced Practice Providers
Engage in professional governance councils and contribute to nursing standards development
Utilize evidence-based practices and therapeutic standards to ensure quality patient outcomes
Participate in ongoing education and competency development to reflect current nursing practice
Deliver holistic care that embraces mind, body, and spirit modalities to support patient healing
Requirements:
Valid and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) License
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
Current American Heart Association BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
Current American Heart Association ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification
Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program; bachelor's or associate degree preferred
Strong knowledge of nursing theory, medical terminology, and medication administration
English proficiency (speak, read, write)
