Nurse Practitioner – PRN at Matrix Medical Network

Overview$1,500 Sign‑On Bonus. Flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive culture. Schedule visits Sunday‑Saturday 8 am‑7 pm based on your availability.
Responsibilities- Conduct adult/geriatric assessments (medical history, diagnosis, treatment, health education, referrals, case management, follow‑up, clear documentation).
- Administer and order point‑of‑care and lab‑based testing as needed.
- Work with physicians, case managers, social workers, family members, key caregivers, and ancillary medical personnel as appropriate.
- Collaborate with primary care physician on patient education and follow‑up.
- Provide services at the member’s residence (home or skilled nursing facility).
- Flexibility – schedule based on availability.
- Competitive pay – $90–$115 per assessment, potential $1,800–$11,500 per month.

- Additional licensure support when needed.
- PRN to full‑time transition with sign‑on bonus.
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience and valid NP licensure.
- Current NP licensure with prescription authority (or ability to obtain it).
- Board certification AANP, AACN, or ANCC in adult/gerontology/acute care/family/emergency specialty.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- 1 year NP experience preferred; new graduates encouraged.
- Valid state driver’s license and proof of adequate auto insurance.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records.
