Nurse Practitioner

Overview

We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. This is a full-time role offering wonderful benefits as well as competitive pay.

• Patient assessment and care:
  Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans for both acute and chronic pediatric conditions, such as asthma, diabetes, and common infections.
• Preventive and developmental care:
  Conduct well-child visits, developmental screenings, and school/sports physicals. Manage childhood immunizations.
• Diagnostic and therapeutic services:
  Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic tests. They can prescribe medication and other therapeutic interventions as part of the treatment plan.

• Medical care, including prescriptions and behavioral health, at little to no cost to employees.

The compensation range is depending on experience: $65 to $80 an hour.

Clinic Schedule: Mon through Fri 8-5

• Completion of an approved educational program for Nurse Practitioners; current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California
