* What You’ll Do:

*** Monitor patients’ conditions and assess their needs to provide the best care and support
* Observe and document symptoms, reporting changes to physicians promptly
* Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized care plans
* Perform essential nursing procedures (e.g., vitals, injections, wound care)
* Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
* Maintain hygiene and safety protocols across the facility
* Provide emergency response and support during critical situations
* Train and supervise LPNs and CNAs as needed
* Foster a compassionate and respectful environment for residents and families
* Participate in continuing education and staff development initiatives###

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Current and valid
** RN license
** in the state of California
* Proven experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or hospital settings preferred
* Strong understanding of nursing care practices and emergency response
* Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills
