Job TitleLicensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) | Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) | Registered Nurse (RN)
ResponsibilitiesThe Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT), or Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct nursing care to clients according to physicians’ orders and applicable client care standards, within their scope of practice. The nurse will provide direction to non‑licensed personnel in providing direct client care and operation of the unit.
Schedule- Full-Time: NOC
- Current licensure in California as RN, LVN, or LPT.
- Knowledge of general nursing theory and practice.
- Ability to supervise.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other staff members.
- Previous experience in mental health nursing preferred.

Crestwood has provided Bakersfield residential mental health recovery services since 1998. The Crestwood Behavioral Health Center and Psychiatric Health Facility are innovative programs based on Crestwood’s commitment to providing mental health clients with a continuum of care that puts them on the road to recovery.
Pay Range: $30 USD – $35 USD (maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered will be based on candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.)
