Position – RN Esthetics – Bilingual Preferred (Per Diem)

Hourly pay: $40.24 – $63.41

Under the supervision of a nurse leader (Chief Nursing Officer, Clinical Director, Clinical Supervisor, and Clinical Nurse Leader), this RN independently prescribes, delegates, and coordinates nursing care to the acutely ill patient and performs the nursing process through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of safe, therapeutic care for patients.

The scope of practice follows the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, ANA Code of Ethics, and California Nurse Practice Act of the Board of Registered Nurses of the State of California.

• Client Consultation and Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough consultations to assess aesthetic concerns, goals, and medical history.
  • Evaluate and analyze skin condition—texture, tone, and elasticity.
  • Discuss available treatment options, risks, benefits, and expected outcomes.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client needs and preferences.
• Esthetic Treatments:
  • Perform esthetic procedures within scope of practice:
    Botox injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, laser treatments, microneedling, body contouring treatments, and skin‑care treatments (facials, microdermabrasion).
  • Administer anesthetics when required and ensure client comfort and safety during procedures.
  • Monitor clients for adverse reactions or complications and provide appropriate interventions.
  • Follow infection control protocols and maintain a sterile treatment environment.
• Patient Education and Aftercare:
  • Educate clients on pre‑ and post‑treatment care instructions.
  • Address client questions and concerns with accurate information.
  • Advise on skincare products, maintenance routines, and lifestyle modifications to enhance results.
  • Follow up to monitor progress, ensure satisfaction, and address post‑treatment issues.
• Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain accurate and միջ detailed client records—medical history, treatment plans, progress notes.

• Professional Development:

  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and esthetic specialists to exchange expertise.

• Valid RN license in the jurisdiction where you practice.
• Prior experience or specialized training in esthetics, cosmetic procedures, or medical aesthetics is,伊人 preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of facial anatomy, skin physiology, and the aging process.
• Strong understanding of different esthetic treatments, products, and their effects.

• Skilled in administering esthetic treatments safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of infection control protocols and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients effectively.
• Attention to detail, professionalism, and adherence to ethical standards.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
