Overview
Job Title: Jr Measurement Tech
Job Description
As a Jr Measurement Tech, you will be responsible for operating and understanding various equipment and tools used in the field. You will need to utilize computer software and have a clear understanding of flow rates and equipment limits. The role requires proficiency in operating and servicing choke manifolds and understanding laboratory procedures. Safety is a top priority, and adherence to HSE policies and PPE usage is mandatory.
Responsibilities- Operate and understand the uses of two-phase, three-phase, and four-phase separators.
- Operate and service choke manifolds, including zeroing a choke and understanding different applications.
- Perform laboratory procedures using the proper methods.
- Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and keep required safety training up-to-date.
- Read and take measurements accurately.
- Some computer aptitude.
- Mathematical capabilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with power, measurement, and hand tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in general labor, wastewater, and water treatment.
- Must possess a clean DMV record with no DUIs.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bakersfield, CA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
