This role reports to the Shift Manager and is a full-time, non-exempt, 2nd shift position.

What You’ll Be Responsible For In This Role

The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee the inbound/outbound shipping activities for quality, accuracy, and completeness of shipments. It is the responsibility of the supervisor to ensure that the warehouse department and the warehouse equipment are kept clean, organized, and inspection ready daily. This role supervises a crew of up to 40+ employees, tracks attendance, disciplinary actions, and all related reports. Supervisors are required to enforce and adhere to all company policies.

  • Supervises product movement/rotation for maximum inventory benefit.
  • Involves employee relations including evaluations, skill development, growth and advancement, and disciplinary actions.
  • Communicates accurate information to management and other departments to ensure correct measures are taken and followed.
  • Ensures departmental compliance with company SOPs, GMPs, policies and guidelines.
  • Manages flow of work within the warehouse to ensure maximum productivity, safety, and efficiency.
  • Assigns orders to loaders based on experience level, priority, and appointment time.
  • Inspects and audits all inbound/outbound orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with special instructions.
  • Ensures accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders.
  • Conducts shift start-up meetings and departmental meetings.
  • Meets warehouse operational standards by contributing information, resolving problems, and identifying system improvements.
  • Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions, troubleshooting breakdowns, requiring preventive maintenance, and calling for repairs.
  • Performs other assigned duties and/or projects to support business needs.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High School/GED or 1–2 years’ experience in related field or combination of education and experience
  • Forklift Certification
  • Verifiable history of safe vehicle operation; clean driving record verified via background check

Physical Demands
  • Environmental exposure - cold/wet conditions (40 °F or below); work in warehouse and all facilities (indoor and outdoor)
  • Exposure to moving mechanical parts
  • Occasional exposure to fumes, airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals
  • Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to ascend/descend ladders and scaffolding using 3-point contact when performing duties in Main Shipping area
  • Ability to use hands/arms to grasp and handle scanning objects for extended periods
  • Ability to stand for long periods
Hours & Workdays

2nd Shift – Monday through Friday from 4:00 PM to 12:30 AM. Rotating workday/time off schedules, overtime, weekends, and/or holidays may be mandatory based on business and/or department needs.
