The APEX Beverage Equipment Operator will assist in all areas of the Beverage Plant. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily production needs with supervisors and inventory managers in loading/unloading trailers and production work, and assist in operating the Beverage Plant equipment.

• Monitor and log equipment values and parameters to include temperature and pressure gauges, indicators, and meters.
• Track correct materials for all production requirements.
• Unload and prepare ingredients for daily processing.
• Complete changeovers, CIP’s, PMs, clean and sanitize tools/equipment as directed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Identify faults and troubleshoot equipment as required.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained and used in accordance with company health and safety regulations.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform regular safety checks on equipment.
• Fix issues that might occur during the shift.
• Maintain activity logs.
• Train new personnel on proper operational procedures.
• Support food safety, legality, and quality programs.
• Experience with minor mechanical repairs (e.g., jams, using tools, making basic adjustments to equipment, etc.)

• High school diploma or GED; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven, reliable work history.

• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Pro‑active mindset with the ability to apply common sense and good judgment under minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work as a team and follow instructions.
• Proven experience operating machinery.
• Mechanical knowledge of automated machines and tools.
• Ability to repair minor mechanical issues on machines and systems.
• Experience conducting quality tests and analyzing data.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced environment.

• One to two years’ experience as an Equipment Operator in a similar production environment preferred.
• Forklift certification.

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Must be able to work in freezer and cold, wet or humid conditions.

• 1st Shift (6am – 2:30pm); overtime and weekends may be required.
