Building on the proven success among our market-leading customers and partners including Highmark Health, Google, Pager, Manulife, Shoppers Drug Mart, and XO Health - our Health Solutions team is expanding and seeking a Senior Analyst, Health Informatics to help us achieve this next phase of growth.

League is seeking a performance-driven, innovative Vice President of Member Growth Marketing to lead the development and execution of lifecycle marketing strategies that activate, retain, and re-engage our members across all touchpoints. You will partner closely with our Behavior team to transform insights into high-impact campaigns and experiments, leveraging channels like email, push notifications, and in-app experiences to drive continuous growth in engagement and monthly active users (MAU).

In this high-visibility role, you will lead the strategy and execution of campaigns that accelerate user growth, reduce churn, and increase the value members receive from League's platform. You'll be expected to test and learn quickly, balance data-driven thinking with compelling storytelling, and build the systems and rigor required to measure, optimize, and scale member engagement across our customers.

You'll collaborate closely with product, health solutions, content, and commercial teams to drive alignment, execution, and impact. Your team will serve as the connective tissue between behavior science, product opportunities, and scalable growth tactics.

  • Lead the development of end-to-end lifecycle marketing strategies to increase activation, reduce churn, and maximize MAU across customer segments.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Member Growth Marketing team. Establish clear priorities, coach for performance, and foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and results.
  • Work hand-in-hand with the Member Behavior team to identify behavioral patterns and translate insights into actionable campaign tactics.
