Major, Lindsey & Africa’s client has an immediate need for a part-time Interim Marketing/Advertising Paralegal.
OverviewOur client is seeking a part‑time Interim Marketing/Advertising Paralegal.
CompanyFood and beverage.
ExperienceSuccessful candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
LocationRemote.
Responsibilities Include- Review marketing agreements, including influencer and agency agreements.
- Collaborate with legal team to ensure marketing claims on products are compliant with legal requirements and FTC regulations.
- Validate marketing claims on products, promotional materials, and labels.
- Support regulatory work: review labels for compliance with FDA and other regulations.
- Support R&D and QA teams with regulatory compliance.
- Other legal support as needed.
- 5+ years of relevant experience as a marketing/advertising paralegal.
- Regulatory, labeling, food safety experience is a plus.
- Food or beverage experience is a plus.
Pay Range: $50‑60/hour.
