Overview of Network Support Specialist duties:
- Manage network infrastructures
- Manage switches, routers, servers onsite and cloud based servers
- Evaluate network hardware needs, make recommendations and implement new hardware projects.
- Document all incidents and occurrences using clear, concise, and detailed notes
- Develop and maintain network technology vendors and consultants
- Deploy and import new software
- Analyze service request data for trends and recommend process improvements for ticketing system
- Troubleshoot and support issues related to computer systems, software or hardware issues
- Regularly monitor the internal help desk system for pending tickets

Qualifications of the Network Support Specialist:

- Foregate / Fortinet Information security
