Responsibilities

• Conduct live in-person/virtual classes on OOPS, Core Java, and Advanced Java.
• Engage students through dynamic teaching and active learning techniques.
• Assist and guide students on project-based learning to complete technology projects on time.
• Evaluate and mentor learners’ projects and assessment sessions.
• Facilitate personalized blended learning experiences and support learner progress.
• Create high‑quality learning materials – slides, videos, reading material, assignments, projects, etc.
• Train other trainers (TTT).

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• 4 to 5 years of experience in the relevant field.
• Expertise in OOPS, Core Java, Advanced Java training.
• Strong communication, presentation, explanation, and organizational skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience with office application suites (slides, documents, spreadsheets, etc).
• Willingness to upgrade technology skills as per business needs.
• Ability to take on additional responsibilities as required.
