RN Clinical Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Bakersfield, CA. The RN Clinical Manager will oversee and manage clinical operations, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include supervising clinical staff, monitoring and improving patient outcomes, coordinating care plans, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and regulations. Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team and delivering excellent client service are key aspects of this role.

• Active and unencumbered RN license in the state of California
• Strong leadership and management skills, including team supervision and mentorship
• Comprehensive knowledge of patient care coordination, clinical assessments, and care planning
• Proficiency in healthcare compliance, regulatory standards, and quality assurance protocols
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Experience working in home health care or a similar setting is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) preferred; relevant experience will also be considered
