Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
Collaborates with other area supervisors and directors as required to support the hospital's role as a community health service provider
Assists in developing and implementing a unit Quality Management Program consistent with hospital wide Performance Improvement Plan. Using CQI principles, operates the units within the financial and productivity guidelines setting goals and developing policies that support this objective.
Provides for quality services by ensuring that the staff are well trained in the services to be provided.
Addresses and resolves unit issues, including problem resolution related to customer complaints, concerns and suggestions.
Job Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Registered Nursing License (RN), or other clinical specialties (e.g., Occupational Therapist, Physical Therapist, Speech Therapist etc.), licensed in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS); through the AHA.
AA degree in Nursing or healthcare-related field or business or three (3) years of related job or industry experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of three (3) years of health service administration management experience (within the last five years) in home care or a related health care program

Pay Range
$60.24 - $89.60 /hour
