Clinical Leadership:
- Oversee the development and implementation of individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and functional behavior analyses.
- Conduct regular clinical reviews and data analysis to monitor client progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and program directors and Clinical Director to coordinate treatment and ensure effective communication.
- Developing and implementing treatment plans based on clinical assessments.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulation and HIPAA regulations
- Monitor billing and service delivery to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with administrative staff on operational matters, such as scheduling and resource allocation
- Stay current with research and best practices in ABA by attending conferences and professional development opportunities
- Contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures
- Master s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field
- Current BCBA certification
- Significant experience providing ABA therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Proven leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with families, staff, and other professionals
