* Deliver hands-on therapeutic care focused on recovery, mobility, and independence
* Collaborate with a team of skilled nurses, CNAs, and therapy professionals
* Monitor and document progress while adjusting care plans as needed
* Educate residents, families, and staff on exercises and rehab best practices
* Provide care in a nurturing, long-term care environment focused on transition and healing###

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Active
** California Physical Therapist license
*** Experience in
** skilled nursing
** or
** long-term care
