• Serve as the friendly face for all visitors in our offices, ensuring exceptional client experiences.
• Actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times.
• Assist with marketing in the assigned area by handing out flyers and merchandise.
• Provide coverage for stores when needed.
• Must complete Jackson Hewitt's FREE tax school.
• Minimum of 15 hours per week (Monday/Friday/Saturday), with the ability to work hours more when covering a store.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer‑focused role.
