5 - 7 years of relevant experience
Work From Home:
Depending on the prevailing situation, you may have to work out of our office situated in Bangalore. Also you may need to travel within and outside your assigned location.
- Conduct Verbal Ability and Soft Skills training (online and offline) for employability skills
- Create e-learning modules
- Develop/Revise training content for Verbal Ability and Soft Skills
- Create Tests/Assignments for Verbal Ability and Soft Skills modules
- Deliver Video Presentations including Live You Tube sessions
- Conduct Mock Interviews
- Train Verbal Ability and Soft Skills trainers, periodically assess, give feedback and monitor improvement
- Conduct TNA for Communication and Soft Skills for all associates and chalk out training plans
- Review demos of external trainers
- Perform any other tasks that may be assigned from time to time
- UG or PG degree in the humanities, preferably English
- Strong command over the English language - grammar and vocabulary
- In-depth knowledge of Soft Skills
- Prior experience in Verbal Ability & Soft Skills training
- Ability to deliver high-quality training programmes
- Ability to create high-quality training content
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Good knowledge of e-learning platforms
- Awareness of different training methodologies
- Willingness to learn new concepts
- Flexibility to switch tasks and take on new tasks
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint/Google Docs, Sheets, Slides
