Required Skills:

• Valid and current California medical license and OB-GYN certification
• Proven experience in obstetric care and hospital-based practices
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with high-risk obstetrics and neonatal ICU collaboration
• Bilingual abilities, particularly Spanish speaking skills
• Prior locum or hospitalist experience in a similar setting

Preferred Education and Experience:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Minimum of 3 years post-residency obstetric practice experience
• Previous locum tenens experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Availability to start on or after December 31, 2025
• Ability to fulfill shift requirements and adhere to hospital protocols
• Willingness to travel as applicable, with reimbursements for licensure, certification, travel, and related expenses

This compelling opportunity offers an hourly pay rate of $195.00, with weekly pay via direct deposit, providing both competitive compensation and financial stability.
