- MD/DO Base Salary: $327,000+
- PMHNP Base Salary: $160,000+
- Hybrid schedule: flexible mix of in‑person and telemedicine appointments
- 100% outpatient – work/life balance model (Monday‑Friday, no nights or weekends)

- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat a variety of mental health areas
- Utilize EHR and technology platforms within the role
- MD/DO
- Fully licensed in state of practice with MD or DO degree
- BE/BC in psychiatry and active DEA license
- PMHNP
- Unrestricted license with PMHNP‑BC certification in the state and active DEA
- Additional qualifications meet program requirements
- Salary estimates are based on average earnings; actual income may vary based on production model, hours worked, ramp‑up time, and individual experience and licensure. Final compensation will be discussed in interview.
