- Conduct outbound collection calls and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Use skip-tracing tools and creative problem-solving to locate hard-to-reach customers.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and settlements in line with company policies.
- Document all account activity thoroughly in the system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to achieve collection goals.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local collection laws.
- Proven experience in consumer collections (required).
- Knowledge and practical experience with skip tracing methods (required).
