- Serve as a primary point of contact as a Customer Service Specialist, delivering professional and courteous service to customers
- Answer inbound calls, schedule services, and respond to customer inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and issue resolution
- Maintain accurate customer records, notes, and documentation within internal systems
- Follow up with customers to confirm satisfaction and support ongoing service relationships
- Represent our client’s high standards for service excellence in every customer interaction
- Previous experience in a customer‑facing role; experience as a Customer Service Specialist is strongly preferred
- High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail
- Comfort using scheduling software, CRM systems, or similar tools
