Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Duration: 2 months+
OB DESCRIPTION- Responsible for receiving inbound phone calls regarding cash and credit card transactions. Delivers world‑class customer service with each interaction.
- Gathers information and researches/resolves inquiries.
- Communicates appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
- Informs customers about services available and assesses customer needs.
- Responds to any voicemails in a prompt manner.
- Escalates calls with issues requiring more in‑depth research.
- Respond to email based communication.
- 2+ years of Call Center Experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver world‑class customer service
- Excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to take notes while speaking over the phone.
- MS Office Suite Experience
- Typing Skills
