• Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve organizational goals

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales and Leadership experience
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Valid driver's license required for regular travel by car and air
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills

• High school diploma or GED
• Proficiency in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
• Knowledge of the payments industry
• High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
