Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of sales managers to achieve organizational goals
  • Recruit, train, and mentor top-tier sales talent to build a high-performance sales team

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in recruiting, training, and coaching sales teams
  • Knowledge of the payments industry
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
