- Develop detailed annual strategic plans for maximizing Pro business in your territory with concise, measurable objectives that support that strategy.
- Facilitate end‑user demos with landscapers and municipalities, set up with dealers or on your own, critical to brand growth.
- Develop relationships with landscapers and municipalities to showcase new products and gather learnings for future product development.
- Spend 75% or more of your time with end customers.
- Engage with state landscaper, municipal, and grounds management associations.
- Execute all parts of in‑field prototype testing of new products, setting up proper customers and closing the feedback loop.
- Provide accurate and timely information about field issues to product management and service teams.
- Lead training efforts with the field team and dealers at large training events or with large Pro dealers, ensuring dealers are confident and knowledgeable.
- Input all required data into Salesforce, an ongoing effort vital to capturing and using proper data.
- Assist the field team and dealers with service, parts, and product availability issues; serve as the point person for anything related to the Pro business.
- Identify and communicate marketing needs to the Professional Marketing Manager.
- Understand the competitive landscape within your region; be the expert on all Pro products, major competitive brands, and programs to help close business and train our product.
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of selling experience within a Consumer Goods organization, preferably in OPE.
- Previous experience with Pro Channel end users such as landscapers, municipalities, etc., strongly preferred.
- Understanding of independent retailer markets helpful.
- Proven leadership ability to influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.

The base pay range for this position in California and New York is $60,800 – $95,000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign‑on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the position offered.
