This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bakersfield, CA, for an Administrative Specialist. The Administrative Specialist will handle various administrative tasks, including managing schedules, maintaining records, and supporting office operations. Additional responsibilities may include assisting with finance-related duties, providing exceptional customer service, ensuring smooth workflows, and coordinating communication between departments.
Qualifications- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Solid Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge to manage budgets, prepare reports, and review financial documents.
- Experience in Administrative Assistance, including scheduling, record-keeping, and supporting day-to-day office operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools is recommended.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
