Documentation Specialist
Location: Bakersfield, CA
Pay: $25–$26 per hour

What you’ll do:
Organize, maintain, and manage key documents and records
Ensure files and documentation are accurate, complete, and easy to retrieve
Support team members with documentation tasks and administrative support
Help improve and streamline document workflows
What we’re looking for:
Comfortable with maintaining records and staying organized
Basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel, file management), willingness to learn new tools
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow through
