Position Overview:
Accounts Receivable Administrator

• Prepare daily cash deposits and complete cash control sheets
• Post finalized cash receipts and update the AR ledger by customer
• Process daily credit card deposits
• Provide invoice copies to customers as requested
• Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies, chargebacks, returns, and bad checks
• Respond to AR-related phone inquiries and follow up as needed
• Communicate with customers via phone and email to maintain accurate account records
• Maintain organized filing of check stubs and bank receipts
• Assist with special projects and additional accounting tasks as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of accounts receivable or related accounting experience
