Accounting Manager

The Accounting Supervisor role is a key position within the accounting team, offering the chance to take ownership of daily financial operations across three related companies. • Salary range: $100,000 – $120,000, plus special recognition bonus

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including Work in Progress (WIP) reporting, general ledger, and project accounting for three companies

• Supervise and mentor 2 clerks and 1 staff accountant

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly and year-end close processes

• Support project controls and construction accounting activities

• Maintain internal controls and streamline accounting processes using Vista software

• Collaborate with leadership on financial reporting and decision support

• Support external audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

• 3–5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in construction accounting

• Prior supervisory or team lead experience strongly preferred

• Experience with WIP, project accounting, or construction finance

• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and collaborative approach
