Accounts Payable Clerk – Kern County
Full Time l Onsite

Key Responsibilities
- Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
- Ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and maintain accurate records
- Assist with month-end closing and reporting as needed
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and inquiries
- Adhere to company policies and internal controls for financial transactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
