SR. Staff Accountant

Our client is seeking a dedicated Senior Staff Accountant for a 100% on-site role in Bakersfield, responsible for managing full-cycle accounting operations, complex bank reconciliations, and the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, possesses 3-5 years of professional experience, and demonstrates a strong ability to implement internal controls while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The candidate will play a vital role in year-end audits, department collaboration, and fiscal analysis within a high-integrity environment that offers excellent benefits.
