The ideal candidate should possess strong attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. A High School Diploma is required, while a Bachelor's degree in Horticulture is preferred.
Shift options include a Sunday-Thursday schedule or Tuesday-Saturday.
