We’re looking for a Part‑Time Retail Sales Associate to create an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves customers inspired and feeling their best.

• Customer‑obsessed: lead with loyalty, confidence, and product knowledge to advise on style and fit, influencing moments that matter.
• Cash Wrap/Cashier: use modern store technology—POS, payment systems, tablets, headsets for communication—to stay well‑informed on company priorities and promotions in‑store and online; deliver a seamless, omni‑channel shopping experience; promote our loyalty programs and credit services.
• Maintain maurices’ visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
• Product Flow/Shipping and Receiving: support the shipment process to gain awareness of product, what’s new and what’s already on the floor; contribute to completion of omni‑order fulfilment processes including in‑store and curbside pick‑up.

• At least 16 years of age
• Willingness to relate to customers of all ages and backgrounds
• Goal/achievement oriented
• Some technical aptitude
• Ability to follow directions and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment, while managing competing priorities
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
