Clothing Clerk – Cascade Farm and Outdoor

We are looking for an organized and friendly Clothing Clerk to join our team. The role involves providing excellent customer service, managing inventory, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining merchandise in a dynamic retail environment.

Pay Range

$18.95/hr – $18.95/hr (USD $15.85 – $18.95/hr in some locations). The actual pay will be based on your skills and experience.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a well‑stocked department and provide prompt, friendly service to customers.
  • Strike daily tasks such as inventory replenishment, stocking, and cashiering.
  • Handle merchandise precisely and manage customer transactions efficiently.
  • Contribute to a high level of customer service and friendliness within the store team.
  • Support the store’s mission to serve the community with honesty and value.
Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable punctuality with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused approach.
  • Ability to engage and assist a diverse customer base.
  • Demonstrated commitment to providing great customer service.
Experience
  • Previous experience as a cashier, sales associate, bagger, stocker, or related retail positions is a plus.
  • Experience with retail brands such as Target, Walgreens, Rite Aid, Fred Meyer, Safeway, and Albertsons is an asset.
Schedule
  • Store hours: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 6:00 pm Saturday–Sunday.
  • Hours may vary depending on workload and assignment.
