Overview
The RN Clinical Manager will oversee all direct patient care services, focusing on home health clinical quality assurance and operations leadership.
Responsibilities- Managing clinical operations, patient assessments, and care plans.
- Assigning and guiding caregivers to ensure high-quality care.
- Ensuring compliance with Medicare, CMS, and payer requirements.
- Leading staff hiring, training, evaluation, and education.
- Overseeing QA/PI activities and performance improvement initiatives.
- RN license (IL) and CPR certification.
- Minimum 2 years RN experience, with at least 1 year in home health management.
- OASIS experience required (certification preferred).
- Homecare Homebase and PDGM knowledge preferred.
- Valid driver's license, insurance, and transportation.
