Licensed Physical Therapist - Washington

Location: Bainbridge Island, Washington
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM - 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview: Our mission is to deliver exceptional rehabilitative care that empowers individuals to live stronger, healthier lives. We're looking for a passionate and licensed Physical Therapist to join our growing team! This opportunity empowers you to practice at the top of your license while giving you the chance to branch out into care coordination duties designed to standardize your hours and grow your career.

Work Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient (On-site)

Patient Volume: 1-2 Patients per hour

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based physical therapy techniques
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments and establish evidence-based therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall function.
  • Provide hands‑on therapy, exercise instruction, and patient education to promote optimal recovery and prevent future injuries.
  • Track patient progress and adjust therapy plans as needed
  • Collaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
  • Educate patients and families on home exercises, pain management, and post-treatment care to support long‑term health.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
Requirements
  • Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Nevada
  • Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (DPT preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Prior experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
